Fairfield EnCivil Limited (EnCivil) is a privately owned Zambian company limited by shares and established under the Companies Act, 1985 of the laws of the Republic of Zambia to carryout civil, engineering and consultancy works. its main lines of business being civil engineering, consultancy, and procurement.
EnCivil operations include irrigation, land clearing, earth works, storm drainage, asphalt and paving, gravel roads as well as electrical and building works. The Company also provides connected procurement and consultancy services for soft furnishings and landscaping. The company is registered with RDA, ABSEC, Citizenship Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC), Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) and Engineers Institute of Zambia (EIZ).

A holder of Master of Arts (Economic Policy Management) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Economics) with more than fifteen (15) years combined experience in business risk management insurance, overseeing building and construction works, road side vegetation control and drainage systems maintenance corporate finance, treasury in a commercial bank and central bank financial sector supervision and regulation
Pamela Chibonga
Operations Manager
A holder of Master of Arts in International and Development Economics and Bachelor of Arts Degree(Demography/Economics). She has more than 25 years of experience in public finance, policy formulation, project management monitoring and evaluation. She has sat as a board member on government, quasi- government bodies, private companies and international organization such as Millenium Challenge Zambia among others
Dinah Muke
Manager, Finance & Administration
A holder of Bachelor of Commerce in Professional Accounting from Monash University (South Africa) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) (Chartered Accounting) from The University of Johannesburg. She has eight (8) years’ work experience and possesses work expertise spread across the business dimensions of audit and accounting. Experience in risk identification, planning and execution of audits, time management, team management and supervision. Worked in Grant Thornton International in Dallas, Texas Office (Audit Firm), USA as an Audit Senior.
Christopher Kapata
Construction Manager
a holder of a Bachelor in Construction Management from the Copperbelt University. He has over Seven (7) years of work experience in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, with 3 Three) Years attained has a quantity surveyor under Ministry of Local Government. And the reminder in the Private sector. He has sat on tender evaluation committee, untaken challenging projects such as Construction of water reservoir, Scrika projects, Trallard projects, among others
